B.A.A. Invitational Mile

Top professional, high school, and youth runners take to the streets for loop-course races finishing at the Boston Marathon Finish Line.

The Course

The course begins on Boylston Street, turns left on Dartmouth Street, left on Newbury Street, left on Exeter Street then left onto Boylston, passing over the Boston Marathon finish line. Middle schoolers run two laps, while high school and professionals race three laps.

About the Event

A field of professional milers from around the world and top scholastic boys and girls from the cities and towns of the Boston Marathon course compete in spectator-friendly races on Boylston Street. Middle schoolers race one kilometer, while high schoolers and pros race a mile.
